Boundary steel mesh fencing at Cranford School cricket nets, near Wallingford
Sports fixtures are an important part of school life for Cranford Independent School, located near Wallingford in Oxfordshire, and cricket is a popular and core part of the students' vibrant education. Trentwood Fencing were therefore delighted to be asked to install boundary fencing around the school sports ground's cricket net enclosures.
The project involved 90 metres of 3 metre high, 868 steel mesh fencing and a matching gate. Steel mesh panels are galvanised for corrosion resistance, and are an ideal fencing solution for school environments.
Trentwood's installation team took four days to complete this project, leaving the site free from any debris and providing a durable, low maintenance enclosed area for students to practice their cricket safely.
Security mesh fencing in Summertown, Oxford
Summertown, bounded by the river Cherwell, is a vibrant suburb just outside of Oxford city centre.
We were pleased to be asked to install a 100-metre-long security mesh fence for an Oxford university sports ground, using 1.8m high 868 wire fencing. The new fence will keep the perimeter secure when the grounds are closed.
Security mesh fencing at Kingston Bagpuize, Abingdon
Kingston Bagpuize & Southmoor Bowls Club take great pride in the quality of their greens and were looking for a cost-effective solution to stop people trespassing on their grounds and damaging them. We erected a long run of IAE Duex 868 security mesh fencing along the club's roadside perimeter, which they were delighted to report acted as an effective deterrent.
